Schedule Two consecutive weekends
Weekend 1: Saturday and Sunday — 2 hours each day
Weekend 2: Saturday and Sunday — 2 hours each day Total: 8 hours of instruction

Session 1 (Weekend 1, Day 1): Fundamentals and Form
Proper shooting stance, grip, and release
Balance, footwork, and follow-through
Individual evaluation and corrective drills
Session 2 (Weekend 1, Day 2): Quick Release and Catch-and-Shoot
Developing a quicker, efficient release
Catch-and-shoot drills from multiple spots
Game-speed shooting under light defensive pressure
Session 3 (Weekend 2, Day 1): Off-the-Dribble and Movement Shooting
Shooting off one and two dribbles
Curl, pull-up, and step-back mechanics
Shooting after screens and on the move
