Frequently asked questions.

What is the cost to join?

Cost & Payments

💰 March is FREE – No payment required for the first month!

💰 Monthly Fee: $62 (includes online processing fees, tax not included)

💰 Cash Discount: $60 (if paid in person at the first practice of the month, tax included)

LEAGUES & TOURNAMENTS require separate fees, which are evenly divided among the players on the team. For example, if a league costs $600 and there are 10 players, each player would pay $60 in cash.

We Rise Sports LLC does not profit from these fees; all payments go directly to the league or tournament directors. Receipts are always provided for payments.

📅 When does the season begin and end?

WE RISE SPORTS kicks off in March, which is a free month to get players back on the court and ready for the season. Our official season runs from March to September, but please note that the final league we participate in may have games extending into the first weeks of October.

📌 I missed the registration date. Is it too late to register?

Registration is open until July 31st, so you still have time to sign up!

📌 Why do you charge a monthly membership?

The monthly membership was designed to provide flexibility for payments, especially for kids who play multiple sports throughout the year. Unlike most clubs that charge $1,000–$2,000 upfront for the entire year, we wanted to make our program affordable and accessible for all players. This structure allows families to pay in manageable monthly installments, making it easier for anyone interested to join and participate.

📌 When are payments due?

Payments are due on the 1st of every month. For cash payments, they are due at the first practice of the month. We will notify parents and players when a representative will be available at practice to collect cash payments. While online payments are accepted and encouraged, please note that they include a $2 processing fee plus applicable taxes.

If payments are not received by the 1st (or at the first practice for cash), players will not be able to participate in the next practice or scheduled game.
